Patriotic Socialism[a] is a reactionary and social-fascist trend largely based in the United States which advocates American chauvinism and nationalism while branding it in pseudo-socialist rhetoric and symbols. Patriotic Socialists, and MAGA Communists in particular, disregard the advanced segments of the working class and instead target the most backwards and authoritarian sections of the proletariat and petite bourgeoisie who endorse the fascistic Trumpite movement.[1]
The Patriotic Socialist tendency is most represented in the American Communist Party and Center for Political Innovation.
