For much of my childhood, I was subjected to the indoctrination of my parents into their rightist, nationalistic beliefs, although I largely remained apolitical. I first truly embarked on a political journey around the time of the racist murder of George Floyd in 2020 and COVID-19 pandemic.

I looked into right-wing libertarianism, but was quickly repulsed by their anti-working class attitudes and servility to the wealthy. I then drifted to left-leaning forms of anarchism and eventually became an anarcho-communist. It was my becoming an anarcho-communist that I first started to think of myself as a communist and that had a major effect on me. This prompted me to look into the works of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels.

After coming to the realization that Marx and Engels were correct in their analysis and views, I became a Marxist and then soon after a Marxist–Leninist. It took me longer to become an anti-revisionist Marxist–Leninist and I maintained deviations from the ideologists I was exposed to. This manifested in me supporting the revisionist Soviet Union and the modern "AES" countries such as the DPRK and Cuba, though I never supported modern China as socialist.

I discovered anti-revisionism through Enver Hoxha at first, but eventually started to read Mao Zedong's works. Although I respect Hoxha, I believe he made opportunist mistakes in his criticism of Mao. After a long period of study, I decided to adopt Marxism–Leninism–Maoism, the ideology of the international proletariat in the age of falling imperialism.

My political journey would reach new grounds in 2023 and 2024. I was personally victimized by the educational system and eventually the healthcare system as well when I started to develop mental illness. I read many social novels and interviewed members of the working class to hear their grievances, including those who worked with the unhoused populations. These experiences motivated me to fight harder for the aims of socialism and people's power.
