The American Party of Labor (APL) is a Marxist–Leninist communist party located in the United States. It was founded in 2008 and proclaims itself to be the only anti-revisionist party in the US. Outsiders have often labelled it "Hoxhaist", but the party does not officially use this label. It is a member of the International Conference of Marxist–Leninist Parties and Organizations.
