The International Conference of Marxist–Leninist Parties and Organizations (ICMLPO)[a] is an international conference of anti-revisionist Marxist–Leninist organizations founded in 1994. It upholds the line of Enver Hoxha, First Secretary of the Party of Labor of Albania from 1941 to 1985. For this reason, the ICMLPO is commonly called "Hoxhaist" by outsiders.

The ICMLPO holds a general conference once a year as well as holding regional meetings in Europe and Latin America. The latest conference took place in Mexico in November of 2018.[1]

The theoretical organ of the Conference, Unity & Struggle, is published every 6 months in many languages.[2]
