Google LCC is an imperialist mega-corporation specialized in computer technology. Google is known for their search engine, email service Gmail, YouTube, and tons of other services. The company had been known for their acts of surveillance capitalism, in which the comapny track and collect users' data for profit. The company's practices spark discussions of surveillance capitialism, digital monopoly, and deGoogle, the process of removing Google services in favor of free and open source alternatives.[1]
