Dengism

Dengism is a tendency found in Western spaces among leftists who support the modern People's Republic of China as a socialist state and believe it is on the course to communism and/or a dictatorship of the proletariat. Dengists believe in other theories such as multipolarity, which often results in them supporting countries such as the Russian Federation and its war in Ukraine as "anti-imperialist".

Criticism

Dengism has been criticized by many on the left for allegedly promoting anti-Western and pro-Chinese chauvinism, distorting the concept of socialism, and endorsing social-imperialism by China.
